ECI was awarded a contract to develop, design, convert, and upgrade a complex database application.

ECI is awarded, through a competitive solicitation, a contract by the Iowa Department of Transportation (DOT) to architect, develop, and implement the Iowa Enterprise Reporting System.  The system has to respond to a large number of ad-hoc queries from a wide variety of authorized customers. Within the confidentiality limits of federal and state law, the system required the ability to provide ad-hoc reports, summary statistics, and detailed information regarding customers, driving records, vehicles registrations and vehicle accidents.  

ECI secures contract to assist agency with expert DBA services that included diagnosis of application performance and recommend areas for improvement.

ECI is awarded contract to provide expert EDI consulting services to Healthcare organization.

The ECI team will provide expert Microsoft .Net Visual Studio Development services in support of this agency’s main, custom developed Microsoft based application. The system is state of the art, built entirely using Microsoft programming technologies and components. I t processes about 100,000 claims a year, doubling its previous claims processing capability. The system is a distributed web application which is being used across all 58 counties across the state of California.

ECI enhances an existing database application with search engine capabilities and improved reporting services.

ECI performed system analysis services for this agency’s EHR (Electronic Health Record) project that produced a Request for Information (RFI) for proposed EHR systems. 

ECI will provide enterprise architecture, service oriented architecture (SOA), governance support, and Sun JCAPS services with additional services including middleware technical support across various projects.

ECI will provide expert business analysis and testing services along with maintenance and support operations for this agency’s enterprise claims system.
