ECI provided a technical assessment for this agency’s data system and reported its findings and recommendations to the counties of California.

ECI developed a Microsoft based system to support the Community Services and Support (CSS) component for this agency to meet MHSA (Mental Health Services Act) requirements.  The system provides both on-line and XML methods for collecting performance outcomes from the 58 California counties.

ECI provided functional analysis and database design of this agency’s marketing financial system that included enhanced capabilities.

ECI designed, developed, and deployed a Financial Reporting System that processes county mental health program cost reports for statewide reporting.

ECI provided Independent Validation and Verification (IV&V) services for this agency’s rollout of a Laboratory Information Management System.

ECI provided expert Microsoft development resources to support of this agency’s main processing application.

ECI awarded contract to provide expert database resources to maintain and extend existing data warehouse environment.   Provided new reporting system that fully automated previous manually generated reports using custom .NET extension of MS Reporting Services.

ECI performed system analysis services for this agency’s EHR (Electronic Health Record) project that included analysis and compilation of requirements for EHR systems developed by other states, federal entities, and standards-setting organizations, and working with the 58 county mental health departments.

ECI assisted with the development of an RFP, while working with teams from two separate agencies to develop the technical and business requirements.  Developed and provided data flows, system metrics and process reviews while working as part of the Vendor Selection team to council on technical components of RFP evaluation process.  

ECI managed and developed system to transform a legacy Provider Information System into a real-time web-based application that could be accessed by California’s 58 County Mental Health Plans.  Provided new web based system and new, modern system interfaces as part of successful implementation.

ECI awarded contract to assess and remediate security vulnerabilities of existing web portal application.

ECI is awarded contract to develop FSR for a system enhancement to provide more accurate corrections mechanisms for existing behavior health claims management system.

ECI provides expert resources for the development of a statewide online system supporting over 4000 concurrent users.

ECI led the development of an online claims management system that allowed counties to disallow invalid approved behavior health claims.  ECI developed and managed full implementation from requirements to implementation.

ECI provided technical resources for the conversion of an accounting application that automated the payment and recoupment process for accounting staff.  Due to data inconsistencies, security and scalability issues, the State of CA awarded ECI the contract to redevelop current application.
